By accessing or using NexAim software, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Intended Use

NexAim is designed and provided strictly for experimental, educational, and offline use only. The software is intended for exploring AI-powered object detection, machine learning concepts, and computer vision technology in controlled, non-competitive environments.

NexAim is not intended for use in online multiplayer games, ranked/competitive matches, or any environment where its use would violate the terms of service of a third-party application or game.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use NexAim for:

• Gaining an unfair advantage in online competitive games or ranked play
• Violating the terms of service of any third-party software, game, or platform
• Any activity that constitutes cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of online services
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing your license or account with others
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent license restrictions, hardware binding, or security measures
• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

3. Account & License

You must create an account to use NexAim. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Your license is bound to your hardware upon first use and may not be shared.

We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate your account and/or license at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the software at your own risk.

5. Game Bans & Third-Party Consequences

NexAim is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, penalties, or other consequences imposed on your accounts by third-party services, games, or platforms.

By using NexAim, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Use of any third-party detection or tracking software may violate the terms of service of certain games and platforms
• You assume all risk associated with how you choose to use NexAim
• We bear no liability for any actions taken against your accounts by game publishers, anti-cheat systems, or platform operators
• We do not encourage or endorse the use of NexAim in any manner that violates third-party terms of service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexAim and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, account access, or game progress
• Bans or suspensions from third-party platforms
• Hardware or software damage
• Loss of profits or revenue

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, models, branding, and materials associated with NexAim are the intellectual property of NexAim and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use only.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
